Program Overview

The AI Builder Fellowship is designed to close the gap between AI education and real-world adoption. CAILIF selects high-potential students, trains them in practical AI tools and internal tool development, and matches them with host organizations that bring forward real AI implementation projects.

Phase 1

Competitive Application

Students apply and are selected based on curiosity, communication, reliability, learning ability, and builder potential.

Phase 2

AI Builder Bootcamp

Fellows receive training in AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI agents, vibe coding, automation, product discovery, responsible AI, and internal tool development.

Phase 3

Company Matching

Fellows are matched with host organizations based on project needs, skills, and interests.

Phase 4

3-Month Project Build

Fellows work on a real internal AI tool under mentor supervision.

Phase 5

Demo, Handoff, and Impact Report

Each project ends with a working demo, documentation, handoff training, and measurable impact summary.
